Charging Forward: A Grant Program for Advancing the U.S. Electric Vehicle Workforce
Building a workforce for the growing American EV-charging sector.
Overview
Siemens Foundation’s EVeryone Charging Forward® initiative supports inclusive EV-charging workforce development in the U.S. Initial efforts in North Carolina and Michigan fund statewide strategies and local partnerships to connect people to well-paid technical jobs in EV charger manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. Approaches will be documented and scaled nationally with partner organizations.
