Overview
The NADWC Demonstration Grant accelerates innovation in autonomous and uncrewed systems through funding demonstrations within Michigan’s National All-Domain Warfighting Center. NADWC includes 148,000 acres of maneuver space at Camp Grayling and 17,000 square miles of special-use military airspace at Alpena CRTC. The program supports participation in the Uncrewed Triple Challenge (UTC) and other testing activities related to aerial, land, and maritime autonomy. Michigan has deployed a BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) system to enable safe UAS testing as part of this ecosystem. Grants provide up to $10,000 for costs such as transportation, onsite integration and operations, and technology improvements specific to NADWC testing. Open to companies, researchers, defense innovators, and academic teams. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
