SME – EV Battery Packaging & Assembly (EVBPA) Certification

Entry-level certification focused on fundamentals of lithium-ion battery packaging and assembly for electric vehicles. Candidates can prepare with optional Tooling U-SME online classes (not required) and sit for a proctored online exam. Designed for high-school/college students, job seekers, dislocated/under-employed workers, veterans, and entry-level talent targeting battery assembly roles.

Pricing (online exam): Nonmember $490 • SME Member $245 • College Student $75.

Logistics: Identify a manager/teacher/HR proctor and submit the Proctor Form at least two weeks before the exam. Group/campus inquiries handled via Tooling U-SME.
