Students build a customized plan in one of four options (Manufacturing, Electrical, Construction, Automotive) and may receive portfolio credit (up to 20 credits) for ≥5 years of full-time advanced experience. Coursework is selected from CADD/ELEC/MECH/AUTO and paired with general education to complete the degree.

Course Curriculum

Program Curriculum

Students select an occupational specialty and complete a minimum of 22 credits from approved technical prefixes in their option:

  • Manufacturing: CADD, ELEC, MECH
  • Electrical: CADD, ELEC
  • Construction: ACHR, BCON, CADD
  • Automotive: AUTO, AUBY, ELEC, MECH

General education (English, math, social science, humanities) and computer competency are required. Up to 20 credits may be awarded for verified advanced position portfolio.

Apply advanced technical skills within the selected option (manufacturing, electrical, construction, or automotive).

Interpret drawings/schematics; use measurement, testing, and quality tools.
